Nicole M. Libbey, MA
Human Capital Associate Advisor

Nicole Libbey is the Human Capital Associate Advisor at Johnson Financial Group. She comes to us with a psychology background, working with youth and families around mental health issues and addiction. We are excited for her to lead our nascent rising gen coaching services and to support families through difficult conversations. Nicole is also the glue that holds the Human Capital team together, keeping track of all meetings and engagements, building out internal integration systems of our Wealth 3.0 firm, and leading the logistical planning of the Human Capital Summit.

Nicole received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Health Science as well as a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Towson University. She served as the Graduate Assistant for both the Clinical Psychology and Health Science Departments while obtaining her Masters.

Prior to joining JFG, Nicole worked in mental healthcare, specializing in level of care assessment, the treatment of eating disorders, and the impact of food insecurity. She facilitated individual, group, and family therapy sessions, where she honed her skills in guiding families through complex challenges that require open, honest, and transparent communication. At JFG, she combines this experience with a focus on strengths, values, and connection to support individual and family flourishing.

Nicole is currently pursuing Associate Certified Coach credentialing and is passionate about supporting the rising gen through coaching and other tools. She is also an iEQ9-Certified Enneagram Facilitator and uses this tool to support the JFG team internally.

In her personal time, Nicole enjoys watching live music, spending time with her friends, and making the most of the Colorado outdoors through running, hiking, and paddle boarding.
