Human Capital Associate Advisor
Nicole Libbey is a Human Capital Associate Advisor at Johnson Financial Group. Nicole is responsible for assisting the Chief Learning Officer and Director of Human Capital by coordinating onsite and offsite events, providing client support and communication as it relates to human capital workflow, and working to ensure team and company goals are met.
Nicole received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Health Science as well as a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Towson University. Nicole served as the Graduate Assistant for both the Clinical Psychology and Health Science Departments while obtaining her Masters. Prior to joining JFG, Nicole worked in mental healthcare, specializing in level of care assessment, the treatment of eating disorders and the impact of food insecurity. Nicole has facilitated individual, group, and family therapy sessions and looks forward to transferring these skills into family discussions around wealth management, connection, and Human Capital.
In her personal time, Nicole enjoys watching live music, spending time with her friends, and making the most of the Colorado outdoors through running, hiking, and paddle boarding.
